Oakmont Partners uses the information you choose to share with care. This page explains what happens when you submit an inquiry and how website analytics work.

Inquiry forms and scheduling

When you submit the inquiry form, the details you provide are sent to HubSpot for responding to your inquiry and scheduling a conversation. If you choose a meeting time, HubSpot processes that scheduling information as well. We use this information to follow up with you and prepare for the conversation.

General HubSpot tracking is not installed on this website. The HubSpot form is used only for inquiry submission and the direct scheduling link opens HubSpot's meeting service.

Website analytics

Oakmont uses PostHog to understand how the site is used and to improve it. If you accept analytics, PostHog uses persistent first-party analytics and masked session replay. Inputs are masked, and Oakmont does not send names, email addresses, companies, meeting notes, or other inquiry data to PostHog.

If you decline analytics, PostHog receives cookieless aggregate analytics only. This does not include session replay or identification.
